Were looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Director Audio.
Y oull coordinate the daily activities of the office including management of incoming internal and external enquiries and correspondence responding as appropriate. You will also manage the diary and schedules co-ordinate meetings appointments presentations and travel itineraries for the Director.
Acting as the first point of contact and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director you will alsoplan and coordinate staff engagement and stakeholder activities including staff meetings conferences workshops informal gatherings and planning days.
This is a key role for someone who thrives on managing complex schedules coordinating meetings travel and key events and supporting strategic initiatives across a fast-paced creative division.

Were seeking a confident communicator with exceptional organisational skills strong digital literacy and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
