A nonprofit organization in Winnipeg seeks a full-time Executive Assistant to support its operations. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to leadership, managing communication, and assisting in event planning. Candidates should have administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of Indigenous business and culture is beneficial. The position requires a post-secondary education in a related field and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Position type: Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Mon – Fri, 8 am – 4 pm)
The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting ICC’s operations and ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and organizational efficiency.
