As our Executive Assistant, you will serve as a force multiplier for our Co-Founder & CEO, helping drive the pace, precision, and creativity of the business. This is not a traditional 9–5 role, but the opportunities for growth and experience are unparalleled. You will manage the CEO’s calendar, correspondence, and priorities with urgency and precision, anticipate needs before they arise, and take initiative in streamlining executive operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly organized but also creative, and wants to grow alongside a visionary team.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

Calendar & Priority Management

  • Own the CEO’s schedule ensuring time is invested where it drives the most value and momentum.
  • Anticipate needs, schedule with urgency, and create space for high-impact external relationships.
  • Handle stakeholder coordination and last-minute changes seamlessly, always keeping priorities in motion.

Executive Operations

  • Anticipate operational bottlenecks and action items, accordingly, ensuring that the CEO is aware of any business impacts.
  • Track commitments and drive follow-through on opportunities.
  • Maintain systems, files, and tracking tools to keep the organization running seamlessly.

Communication & Representation

  • Prepare materials, briefings, and follow-ups to keep action items moving at speed.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
