Join Our Team as an Ethanol Maintenance Technician!

Schedule: M-F 7am-3pm

Compensation: $30-$40 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
  • Be the go-to expert for maintenance on critical equipment such as:
    • Pumps, boilers, and air compression systems
    • Conveyors, chains, sprockets, pulleys, and belts
    • Motors and bearings
    • Valves, piping systems, and instrumentation
    • Welding and fabrication tools
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues, making repairs and adjustments to keep production moving.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and identify opportunities to improve systems and boost productivity.
  • Work independently, using your critical thinking skills to solve problems and minimize downtime.
  • Commit to continuous learning and development, with a clear path toward becoming a Senior Maintenance Technician.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 3–5 years in industrial maintenance (ethanol experience is a plus).
  • Skills: Welding ability, computer proficiency (Mapcon, Outlook, Excel), and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Attitude: Positive, proactive, and passionate about maintenance.
  • Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. Must have your own basic hand tools and be willing to respond to emergency breakdowns, including nights and weekends.
