The National Estates Department manages estate-related matters, including account settlements, escalations, and compliance, while supporting clients and their representatives through an emotional and challenging time. As an Estate Specialist, you will be providing end-to-end support for Estate settlement and play an integral role in our clients' estate journey. This role requires knowledge of all banking products (i.e., deposit accounts, investments, lending, mortgages, etc.). This role requires speaking with retail partners and will require to speak to clients directly therefore empathy plays a key role in having those sensitive conversations.
