WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Equipment Coordinator provides customer service to customers and sales reps for all equipment inquiries. Processes equipment orders to ensure timely installations. Performs equipment purchasing and inventory control duties accurately and thoroughly.

  • Provides customer service to customers, sales reps, service technicians, and vendors on all equipment inquiries
  • Promptly process all large and small equipment customer orders according to established company guidelines
  • Performs equipment purchasing, follow-up, and expediting duties to ensure customer delivery expectations are met
  • Co-ordinate large equipment installations in advance with Equipment Project Manager/Installation Lead/Manager, Installation Technicians field service technicians and sales reps (FSC, ESS, CCS)
  • Monitor customer returns with Sales Reps, and promptly process customer credits when required
  • Assists with inventory counts as required
WHAT YOU BRING

You have 3-5 years of related inventory and administration experience, including the processing of work orders. You have excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills, and possess the ability to quickly learn in house software applications and successfully process transactions. You have strong follow-up, communication and interpersonal skills, and pride on delivering an exceptional standard of service. Thriving in a team environment, you enjoy helping in other areas as needed. Beginner to Intermediate Microsoft Office (including Excel) skills are a requirement.

*This position is based in Vancouver branch. This role is available for an ON-SITE working arrangement, available to be performed in office.
