The Opportunity

The firm is seeking an Intermediate Environmental Scientist, Hydrogeologist, or Engineer with strong technical expertise and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), hydrogeological assessments, and/or private site servicing. This role requires excellent technical reporting skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of relevant experience in hydrogeological assessments for land development, private site servicing design, and/or environmental site assessments
  • Candidates with experience in one or two of these areas will be considered if they are motivated to broaden their skill set
  • Demonstrated excellence in technical report writing and attention to detail
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree from an accredited post-secondary institution
  • Working knowledge of applicable environmental regulations and guidelines, including:
    • Ontario Water Resources Act (OWRA)
    • MECP design guidelines for drinking water and sewage works
    • Conservation Authority and municipal water balance guidelines
    • Ontario Regulation 153/04
    • D-4 Guideline
    • Ontario Regulation 406/19
