Position Overview

As an Entry-Level & Remote Sales Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance and financial products to potential customers requesting our services. You will work remotely from your home office you will work with someone 1-on-1 to advance your knowledge and skills in life insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales presentations via zoom and promote our life insurance and financial products to potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to share best practices and achieve team success
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a remote work environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using technology and virtual communication tools
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
