We seek an experienced Technical founder (CTO) to spearhead the development and growth of transformative AI ventures. The Technical Founder will play a pivotal role in driving the technical vision, strategy, and execution of the venture.

Role & Responsibilities

As the Technical founder (CTO), you will be at the forefront of shaping the technology landscape for our AI-driven venture. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in AI technologies, a proven track record of bringing AI products to market, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams toward successful outcomes.   • Collaborate with the venture team to define and execute AI strategies for the new venture.
  • Develop and implement a technology roadmap for AI ventures, outlining key milestones and timelines.
  • Lead the technical direction, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
  • Conduct technical due diligence for potential venture opportunities, assessing the feasibility and viability of AI solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance during the evaluation and selection of venture concepts.
  • Drive research initiatives to explore new AI technologies and approaches.
  • Build and mentor a cross-functional technical team for the venture.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proven track record in AI research and development
    • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI-related technologies.
    • A track record of bringing AI projects from conception to market.
    • Successful commercialization of AI-driven products or ventures.
    • Experience as a CTO or Tech leader in a startup or venture environment
  • Entrepreneurial and leadership Skills:
    • Ready to commit full-time and exclusively to an entrepreneurial journey

    • Desire to be a venture-backed founder
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
    • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to build, inspire and guide teams toward common goals.
  • Business Development & Sales Skills:
    • Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer acquisition.
    • Strong ability to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Demonstrated success in building and managing customer relationships to drive product adoption and growth.
    • Ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies to secure initial traction and expand market presence.
  • Fundraising & Board Experience (Preferred):
    • Experience in fundraising, including pitching to investors and preparing investor presentations.
    • Experience interacting with board directors or serving as a board member is a plus.
