As an Enterprise Solutions Architect you will lead and support the development, governance, and management of solutions across the organization, ensuring they align with business needs and architectural standards. Your Responsibilities
- Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and document all solution architecture design and analysis work
- Understand business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding enterprise solution designs and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes
- Monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements
- Support product managers in end-of-life product decisions to maintain, refresh or retire services, or systems, including applications, technologies, processes, and information
- Develop a roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise solution portfolio from current to future state, as defined by the solutions architecture
- Work closely with the project management office (PMO) to ensure the execution of plans corresponds with what is being promised throughout the project or product lifecycle
- Provide consulting support to application architects to ensure the project or product is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture
- Provide deliverables like standard definitions, reference models and architecture designs to support architectural governance to assess the impact of new and ongoing technology investment on the business and IT estate
- Define the principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision

- Ability to lead and coordinate solutions architects across the enterprise including driving adoption of architecture frameworks, standards and tools
Your Experience
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus eight years across at least two IT solution‑development disciplines, with emphasis on business and application architecture, along with experience creating architecture blueprints, strategies, roadmaps, and presenting to senior and technical audiences
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of integration, network, and security architecture; familiarity with SDLC methodologies including waterfall, agile, rapid prototyping, incremental, synchronize‑and‑stabilize, and DevOps; and knowledge of ITSM and ITIL practices
- Architecture Skills & Tools: Knowledge of TOGAF and modeling languages such as BPMN and ArchiMate, plus experience using enterprise architecture tools and repositories
