A leading renewable energy firm in Canada is seeking a Substation Engineering Leader to oversee engineering teams responsible for large-scale renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading engineering projects in substation design and execution. Responsibilities include managing engineering deliverables and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $124,000.00 to $186,000.00 based on experience.

Position Specific Description: This role has the responsibility of leading a Substation Engineering team responsible for reviewing, executing, and validating Greenfield and Brownfield Substation projects for renewable energy utility scale projects. The Substation Engineering Leader will be responsible for leading a team of Substation Engineers for all NEER and FRP substation activities from conceptual design through construction and commissioning execution. This position can be remote.

compensation: The estimated base pay for this position is $124,000.00 to $186,000.00 per year. Starting pay will be based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
