The Point Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station is seeking to build a talent pool of qualified Engineers for existing and future opportunities supporting various departments within our nuclear division.

Our ideal teammate(s) will have:
  • Bachelor of Science or Applied Science in Engineering in one of the following:
  • Electrical
  • Mechanical
  • Chemical
  • Civil
  • Computer Science
  • Physics
In your application, please highlight the following:
  • Your total years of work-related experience following graduation
  • Your field experience in an electrical utility or other heavy industrial setting
  • Any areas of specialized expertise you have such as nuclear, system health monitoring, maintenance, design, and procurement/supply chain.
  • Registered, or eligibility for Registration, as a Professional Engineer or Member in Training in the Province of New Brunswick

An equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered. Subject to competition response, the minimum qualifications may be modified.

Due to security requirements at Canadian Nuclear facilities, the successful candidate will require a Site Access Security Clearance which includes verification of background information, references, a Criminal Record Name Check and a Canadian Security Intelligence Service security recommendation.

An Eligibility List generated from this competition may be used to fill future vacancies at the same level within a period of up to 12 months.
