About the Role

Engagement Manager

We are looking for a customer-focused Engagement Manager to join our team. This role bridges technical expertise and customer engagement, helping clients understand our products and facilitating any product requests or custom reporting work. You will be responding to customer support requests in a timely manner, coordinating product enhancement discussions with customers, and ensuring the smooth implementation and onboarding of new solutions and new customers.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding data services, solutions, and reporting.
  • Manage user access permissions and data sharing for customer-facing reports.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements for custom reports, dashboards, and other enhancements.
  • Coordinate and oversee implementations of new products, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product, support, and engineering) to resolve issues and deliver on customer needs.
  • Maintain clear documentation of customer requirements, implementations, and processes using internal project management systems.
  • Required attendance of three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) in the office.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within data reporting or SaaS environments.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, reporting tools, data sharing, or BI platforms & tools.
  • Experience with Fabric / Power BI, SQL, SSRS, or other data visualization / analysis tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a customer-driven environment.
  • Comfortable translating customer needs into actionable requirements for internal teams.

There is a requirement to be in the Markham office 3 days per week.
