A Canadian education provider is seeking a Part-Time Elementary Teacher/Tutor to work with elementary students at their Woodstock location. Responsibilities include teaching up to three students at different levels while following pre-planned lessons. Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or be a fourth-year university student with tutoring experience. We are currently seeking part-time teacher-tutors for a role in our learning centre at Oxford Learning Woodstock. This position is perfect for anyone who loves working with students, enjoys teaching the ins and outs of language and social studies and is passionate about helping others build their skills in these areas.
Teacher-Tutors at Oxford Learning do not have to lesson plan before class, as all lessons are pre-planned. Applicants will be fully trained in our proprietary philosophy and methods.
All Teacher-Tutors at Oxford Learning work during after-school and evening hours Mon - Thur (4:00pm - 8:00pm). A commitment until the end of the term in June 2025 is preferred. Continuing through the summer is even better. Your students will love working with you, and being reliable is a must.
This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online position. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.
