A leading infrastructure firm in Vancouver is seeking a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer to join their Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation (MEI) team. The role involves working on large and small electrical projects, performing designs, calculations, and specifications for power distribution systems. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, and possess a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration in BC. Competitive salary range of $110,000 to $150,000 based on experience.
Moffatt & Nichol specializes in large complex waterfront infrastructure projects and is recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in this field. We are actively looking for a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer with a specialty in power systems to join our Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation (MEI) team in our Vancouver, Canada, office. This role will work on both large and small projects locally, domestically and internationally preparing plans, designs and plan production for general electrical engineering on a wide variety of projects which may include lighting, power distribution, and grounding plans, one-line diagrams, panel and cable schedules, and different project specifications. Projects include electrical infrastructure for ports, waterfronts, industrial, commercial, government and military facilities. You will work with an international MEI team and Senior Engineers around the company through our intraoffice staff utilization program. You will support projects both on the job site as well as in the office.

Most of time will be spent in an office setting, while other times will be spent at worksites. May have to work at project sites and around live electrical equipment and systems.
$110,000 to $150,000 based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting required qualification in job description.
Base salary range is only applicable for candidates who will be hired and working in the Vancouver, BC, market.
