Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse role.
• 2-4 years experience in the electrical industry or equivalent knowledge.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills and professional phone manners.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to be Forklift trained.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Manage customer service requests including order picking and entry.
• Assist Account Managers with customer orders.
• Quote customers and deal with product-related problems.
• Carry out other duties assigned by management.
