A global engineering firm in Ontario is seeking a Safety / EHS Manager to ensure compliance with EHS legislation and promote a zero harm culture within their North America division. The ideal candidate will have progressive EHS/SHE experience in operational environments and the ability to engage across all organizational levels. Responsibilities include strategy deployment, EHS trend analysis, and guiding site assessments. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 CAD based on experience, with a commitment to inclusivity and diversity.

The EHS Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining programs and policies that provide safe & sustainable working conditions in compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) legislation and internal Weir standards. Supporting and coordinating all EHS/SHE related activities within region and supporting wider Divisional & Group initiatives on our journey towards Zero Harm.

Compensation Range: $75,000 to $90,000 CAD(Depending on experience)
