Responsibilities
- Supervise other education policy researchers, consultants and program officers
- Produce reports
- Follow education policies and programs
- Develop teaching materials and other resources for program delivery
- Monitor and evaluate
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
- Schedule staff
- Receive and record bookings for package tours
- Provide clients with information
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Contact potential customers by phone
