A financial services provider in Regina is seeking a professional to facilitate group retirement education sessions and develop strategies for client engagement. You will work closely with plan sponsors to boost participation in workplace retirement plans. The ideal candidate has experience in group retirement, excellent communication and organizational skills, and is proficient in Microsoft tools. The role offers a competitive salary range of $56,900 to $94,800 annually, with comprehensive rewards.
Reporting to the National Manager, Education & Engagement, you will be responsible for facilitating group retirement education session(s) and developing education and communication strategies to maximize engagement and participation in workplace retirement plans. A key measure of success in this role will be driving outcomes including the retention of client assets, increasing membership/contributions, and the transfer of assets from other financial institutions.
The base salary for this position is between $56,900 - $94,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
