A leading staffing and consulting firm in Canada seeks an EAM – Business Intelligence Analyst to design and develop reports and dashboards. The candidate will utilize Microsoft Power BI and Cognos, collaborating with data engineers to process and analyze data effectively. Qualifications

• 5+ years of requirements analysis and/or process improvement experience.
• 5+ years of Business Intelligence implementation projects.
• Ability to prepare and analyze data using data warehouses, data lakes, ODS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain reports using Microsoft Power BI, Cognos, and Excel.
• Migrate legacy reports to new BI technologies while maintaining performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing and deployment of BI technology deliverables.
