$25.00 /hour

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Full Cycle Bookkeeper to fill an immediate position at our client's office in Barrie area. The successful Full Cycle Bookkeeper candidate must be a self-motivated and reliable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined office environment and is able to multi-task and adapt to evolving priorities.

Experience with QuickBooks online is a must.

Full Cycle Bookkeeper Duties:
  1. Maintain general ledgers, cash and financial statements
  2. Calculate and prepare payroll
  3. Prepare other statistical financial reports
  4. Accounts Payable/Receivable
  5. Maintain and prepare year-end documentation
  6. Maintain and prepare Excel spreadsheets
  7. Full command, knowledge, and full cycle bookkeeping - performing full-cycle accounting functions; a solid understanding of job costing
Full Cycle Bookkeeper Requirements:
  1. Proficiency with QuickBooks online required
  2. Strong computer and typing skills; advanced/expert level in Microsoft Excel
  3. Proven bookkeeping experience
  4. Bookkeeping, Accounting or Business Administration Certificate or Diploma; designation an asset
  5. Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  6. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  7. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  8. Outstanding reliability, attendance and punctuality
  9. Highly adaptable; can work efficiently autonomously or with a team
