A non-profit charitable organization is looking for a Mental Health Case Manager to provide advocacy and case management services for individuals with mental health challenges. Mental Health Case Manager - Dual Diagnosis (DDX)
One 0.6 FTE Contract to May 2027 (21 hrs/week) (with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent)
Dual Diagnosis Case Manager
The Mental Health Dual Diagnosis Case Manager provides comprehensive case management and advocacy services to individuals aged sixteen and over who experience significant difficulties in daily functioning due to serious mental illness and developmental disability. The role collaborates with consumers, community partners, and the public to respond to individually identified goals, with a focus on quality of life. The position also participates in developing community resources and strategies to address service system issues and public education and awareness.
* The successful applicant will be required to provide a police clearance that meets agency standards.
* A valid G driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle and adequate insurance coverage for business responsibilities, OR access to reliable transportation.
