About the Role
The Director, Recreation and Facility Programs provides strategic management and leadership for SFU Recreation and Facility Programs and Services. The incumbent will work in partnership with the Athletic Director and Executive Director of the Athletics and Recreation Department. This new strategic position will oversee the portfolio’s operations, business development, community outreach, human resources and budgets.
The role will develop and execute the overall business strategy for the Department and contribute to the development and execution of Recreation and Facilities department-wide strategic priorities. Maximizing participation opportunities for students, mutually beneficial partnerships with staff and faculty and revenue generating programs and services.
