A leading project management firm in Ontario is seeking an experienced professional to oversee their Project Management Office. The role involves managing a team of ~20 employees and delivering large, complex, and regulated projects. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in project-based organizations, strong leadership skills, and expertise in contract management. PMP certification is preferred.
THE ROLE: This role will be overseeing the Project Management Office of ~20 employees (Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Controls Specialists).
Responsible for delivering large, complex, and regulated projects ($1M–$150M) through governance oversight, budget management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration. Serves as the “voice of the customer,” ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery while working closely with engineering, manufacturing, QA, and commercial teams.
