Director, Productivity & Business Applications

Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the product strategy for the productivity practice (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Hosted Exchange) and business applications (Dynamics 365, QuickHelp, Nimble, Letsignit, signNow, SyncMonkey, QuickBooks Online, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with software vendors. Understand their offerings, processes, billing, channel approach, negotiate terms (incl. NFRs), required certifications.
- Manage and / or work closely with a team of Product Manager(s).
- Develop the go-to-market strategy including marketing / sales action plan and the communication strategy.
- Lead all relevant executive relationships with Microsoft and other SaaS vendors.
- Negotiate vendor funding programs and lead their execution to maximise outcomes.
- Ensure the creation of sales tools and marketing documents for the partner and reseller audience.
- Engage with customers (partners / retail) to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales quotes in close collaboration with sales, pre-sales and various technical teams.
- Collect and analyze market data to orient marketing strategies and partner offers.
- Participate in the development and proposition of promotions to clients.
- Analyze sales results periodically and for launches or specific promotional activities.
- Participate in setting customer satisfaction objectives and establish priorities to achieve them.
- Contribute to product training sessions (internal and external).
- Work with development, operations, sales, marketing and technical support teams to guarantee product success in the market.
- Perform other tasks as the company evolves.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer or Software Engineering.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- 7 years of experience in product management or similar role.
- Minimum of 10 years in a role in the information technology industry.
- Several years of experience in personnel management and management of technical operations.
- Minimum of 5 years experience with Partner, Channel MSP and Microsoft Partner Ecosystem.
- Mastery of English, written and spoken.
- Solid experience in managing a product portfolio.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, M365, Copilot, Google Workspace, Hosted Exchange and Dynamics 365.
- Certification in product management; Microsoft certification is considered an asset.

- Base salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000.
