The Director of Learning Experience Design will have a direct impact on Correlation One’s mission by designing and building transformative educational experiences for our clients throughout their relationship with C1. They will be an expert in building strong client partnerships, understanding clients’ goals, and crafting meaningful learning experiences that meet those goals.
A successful Director of Learning Design will ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of comprehensive training programs that engage learners and support an organization in their journey to enhance their employees’ digital skills.
