The Opportunity
We are building the future of discretionary wealth management in Canada. As Director of Managed Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling Fidelity’s discretionary investment platform. You will recruit, inspire, and lead a high-performing team to design and deliver cutting-edge discretionary investment solutions that set new industry standards. The long-term objective is to position Fidelity’s discretionary investment platform as a core pillar of the firm’s long-term business success.
You will collaborate across business units and harness the full strength of Fidelity’s global research and investment capabilities. Your work will directly impact how we serve high-net-worth clients and advisors—today and for decades to come.
Success in this role requires working cross-functionally with product, technology, compliance, and distribution teams to create innovative, client-centric solutions. You will help transform portfolio management operations through scalable, AI-enabled, and data-driven technologies that enhance advisor productivity and client outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional business acumen, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for building scalable, data driven solutions that support the long-term growth of our wealth management business.
