Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director, Human Resources provides broad HR advice and support related to policies, procedures, and practices to their direct reports and the management team within MHNL Operations. Responsibilities include all facets of human resource management, including:
A major component of the role is leadership development within HR and providing overall support during merger and acquisition activities.
MHNL is the selected proponent to design, manage and operate a single, integrated road and air ambulance service in Newfoundland and Labrador.
