A leading consulting firm in Ontario is looking for a Director of Experience Design to lead digital design initiatives. This role involves overseeing a team of UX/UI designers, developing user-centric solutions, and engaging with stakeholders to enhance digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design leadership, customer journey mapping, and a deep knowledge of accessibility standards. Competitive salary range from $135,000 to $185,000, plus potential bonuses.

The Director, Experience Design, leads the design and delivery of world-class digital experiences for KPMG’s public-facing website, kpmg.com, via a global design system, as well as email marketing templates, digital applications and our client-facing preference centre. You will focus on creating intuitive, engaging, and personalized digital journeys for prospects and clients. This position involves overseeing a multidisciplinary team of UX/UI and product designers, and partnering with your peers in Digital Marketing, Digital Product and Technology, while collaborating across global Member Firms to shape a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
The expected base salary range for this position is $135,000 to $185,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
