  • Oversees Senior Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Lead and manage the Exchange Traded Derivative / Futures Operations team
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Exchange Traded Derivative / Futures Operations team, ensuring efficient, risk-aware, and compliant operations.
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to improve operational efficiency, automation, and standardization.
  • Oversee governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management, including AML/ATF and sanctions requirements.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing, inclusive team through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clearing partners across Canada, the U.S., Europe, and other regions.
  • Drive transformation initiatives and process improvements to adopt industry best practices and enhance client experience.
  • Ensure robust supervisory controls, risk reporting, and escalation mechanisms are in place and effective.
  • Manage resources and budgets to meet business objectives and regulatory obligations.
