We’reseeking a Director, Enterprise Systems to support our digital transformation and, post-implementation, take ownership of our enterprise systems. You will ensure the right team, skills, and processes are in place to continually improve our capabilities and support our five-year strategic vision.
The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, people leadership, and technical depth. You will provide strategic leadership, governance, and accountability for our enterprise CRM and business application ecosystem, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, integrations with our new insolvency administration system, and related third-party applications.
This new role executes through a technical team and partners closely with an Enterprise Architect to align with enterprise technology standards. You will provide critical leadership to ensure secure, resilient digital capabilities that support internal operations, client experiences, and long-term transformation.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team—technical lead, engineers, QA, DevOps, and support—responsible for the roadmap and delivery of enterprise-grade applications and integrations. Ultimately, youwill ensure systems deliver measurable business value, remain secure and scalable, and evolve sustainably.
This role is ideal for a leader who combines vision, business acumen, technical foundations, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive high-value outcomes.
In response to business strategy and goals, define and own the enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Act as the senior technology partner for CRM and Power Platform capabilities.
Position CRM as the system of engagement, coordinating effectively with Insolvency system of record.
Ensure platform direction aligns with organizational strategy, regulatory obligations, and enterprise architecture principles.
Balance innovation, modernization, operationalstabilityand economicsin platform evolution.
Build strong relationships with senior and mid-level businessstakeholdersto ensure solutions meet businessneeds, deliver value, and support operational excellence.
Champion a high-performance team culture, built around curiosity, accountability,innovationand continuous improvement.
Manage expectations, communicate trade-offs, and guide organizational change enabled by platform initiatives.
Champion adoption, usability, and consistent enterprise ways of working.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, enabling high performance through clear accountability and empowerment.
Ensure the team has the right structure, skills, and tooling to deliver enterprise‑grade solutions.

Act as the business outcome owner for CRM and Power Platform initiatives.
Partner with senior and mid-level stakeholders to translate business strategy into platform‑enabled capabilities.
Ensure a business focused, measurabledefinition of successisalways incorporated (adoption, efficiency, cycle time reduction, quality, user satisfaction) and ensure benefits realization.
Drive continuous improvement through feedback, analytics, and operational insights.
Working with VP‑IT, build and manage the Enterprise Systems budget. Insure continuous and systematic evaluation of investments in partners, renewing contracts and subscriptions to maximize return on investment.
Establish and enforce platform governance, including lifecycle management, security standards, data ownership, and quality controls.
Be accountable for platform risk management, including security posture, data integrity, performance, resilience, and technical debt.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and privacy requirements in partnership with IT risk and compliance teams.
Accountable for the effectiveintake, prioritization, and sequencing ofthe backlog ofCRM and Power Platformincremental improvementsacross the enterprise.
Work with Project Management Office toinsure delivery oftechnical project feasibility studies,supportand input into business cases for projects,sequenceand resource deliveryof applications projectsthrough a combination of internal staff and external resources.
Balance delivery ofbusiness‑driven new capabilities with platform health, optimization, and modernization work. Manage and minimize technical debt, despiterapid evolutionand growth.
Align demand with capacity, funding, and strategic priorities.
Provide executive‑level technical oversight while delegating engineering execution.
Serve as the final decision‑maker for major platform, integration, and extensibility choices, informed by technical and architectural input.
Ensure appropriate useof low‑code, pro‑code, and vendor solutions based on complexity, risk, and long‑term maintainability.
With Enterprise Architecture, stay current andensureexploration of changes in Microsoft Dynamics and Power platformtobringnewideasand new capabilities to stakeholders.
With enterprise Architecture, champion an R&D capability totest and proof of concept of new and evolving capabilities.
Managepartnershipwith critical external providersofERP andInsolvency Managementsystems.
Manage suppliers of critical services integrated to applications such as Credit Bureaus, Title search, E Signature.
Maintain and manage commercial packaged software solutions and supporting vendors in the IT portfolio including Contact center solutions.
Accountable forestablishingand insuring engineering standards and repeatable, high‑quality delivery across development, testing, and platform operations.
Support development ofafit-for-Farberagile approach focused on delivering value continuously and consistently.Bring teams close to clientsand use proven Agile approaches to capture and prioritise business needseffectively.
Ensure implementation of DevOps practices in support of regular cadence of consistent releasesof new capabilities.
Improve Software quality assurancepractices
Execute an applicationstrategy thatensureslong term economic value, lower riskfor Farber byfinding the right balance ofdelivery of requirements throughconfiguration/low code solutions to out‑of‑box solutions vs. custombuilds and extensions.
Own accountability for enterprise integrations, including alignment between Dynamics 365,Insolvency system of recordand other core systems. Ensure integration approaches are scalable, supportable, and aligned with enterprise integration standards.
Manage strategic vendor relationships and service performance for integrated platforms andexternal solution providers.
Deliver Data sources and data environments to internal Analytics teamfor their analysis. Ensuresecurity, risk management, availability, updates meet agreed to standards and service levels.
Accountable for enterprise application health, resilience,performance,scalabilityand supportability.
10+ years in enterprise application delivery, including 5+ years in a leadership or director-level role.
Proven experience leading large‑scale CRM, ERPand Power Platform initiativesthat spanprocesses includingsales andcontact centerCRM, workflow management and automation, documentautomationandmanagementas well as integrations tointernal and external systems.
Proven leadership skills in the ability to recruit, mentor, motivate,coachand develop employees.
Strategic thinker, with a curious and creative mindset that values constant and ongoing learning.
Effective communication with stakeholders across all levels, with the ability to simplify the complex, andconnect with business.
Exceptional eye for detail and great problem solving and decision‑making skills
Oversight level oftechnicalexpertisesufficient to evaluate architectural trade‑offs and platform design decisions without being hands‑on. Requires abilityto engagemeaningfullywith technical leadsacrosstechnical subject domains includingDynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, C#/.NET, Azure integration services. DevOps, ALM,Quality Assurance.
Demonstrated success managing multi-disciplinary technical teams and complex vendor relationships.
Strong ability to engage, influence, and communicate with senior business stakeholders.
