WSP is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Tools Specialist – Power Platform & Dashboards to join our Transportation Systems Digital Tools team. This senior individual contributor role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Microsoft’s Power Platform who is passionate about designing scalable dashboards and automation solutions that enhance project controls and engineering workflows. You’ll play a key role in advancing digital transformation across our infrastructure and environmental programs in Canada.

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards that support project controls and engineering teams
• Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline reporting, cost tracking, and compliance processes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Canada to identify digital opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
• Create and manage digital toolkits and reusable packages that improve consistency, efficiency, and knowledge sharing
• Support high-profile infrastructure and environmental projects, including initiatives such as BUILDER, Wheatstone LNG, Gordie Howe International Bridge, and Shell Franklin
