Role Overview
You will support the planning and execution of campaigns across email, web, social, and events, and help keep the marketing engine running smoothly day to day. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is organized, curious about AI and automation, and comfortable juggling multiple projects with lots of moving parts.
You will work closely with marketing, sales, partners, and consultants to turn ideas, insights, and content into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign and Content Execution
- Support the set-up, scheduling and execution of integrated campaigns across email, web, blogs, social, ads, and events
- Build landing pages, Zoom events, and simple forms for webinars, events, and workshops against briefs
- Support basic on‑page SEO, website A/B testing, and internal linking optimization
- Transform long form content and resources into additional assets to use across email and social media
- Coordinate content needs with internal subject matter experts, partners, and leadership, and keep content marketing project tracker updated
Social Media and Community Management
- Schedule and publish social posts on LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels using our social scheduling tools
- Create social graphics using templates in Figma and Canva, or other related tools
- Monitor social engagement and support day‑to‑day community interactions including likes, comments, reposts, and responses to basic inquiries
Event and Webinar Support
- Coordinate logistics for webinars, workshops, executive dinners, and partner events
- Set up Zoom events, registration pages, reminder and follow up emails, and calendar invites
- Manage attendee lists, exports, and imports between Zoom and our CRM
Marketing Operations, Reporting, and Project Management
- Help maintain clean and organized campaigns, fields, segments, and properties in the CRM and marketing automation platform
- Support basic reporting across email, social, web, and events
- Maintain marketing asset libraries such as slides, case studies, and one pagers so the team can quickly find and reuse content
- Track project status, owners, and deadlines, and help keep tasks on time using tools like Notion or similar project management tools
- Capture notes and action items from internal meetings and help move them into clear tasks and follow‑ups
- Coordinate marketing and cross functional projects across sales, consulting, and partner teams
Skills and Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and quality of asset output against brand guidelines
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, marketing automation or email platforms, and basic familiarity with Marketing Analytics tools
- Comfortable working in a CMS such as Shopify, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms, to publish and update web content
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn and X
- Good written communication skills and an eye for consistent branding and tone
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, be curious, ask questions, and proactively flag risks, delays, or blockers
- Experience with graphic design and copywriting is a plus but not required.
- Experience in startups, B2B service firms, or technology, AI and automation companies is a plus, but not required.

The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 80,000 CAD per year (Toronto Office)
