Qualifications

• Up to two years recent related experience working with clients with addictions and concurrent disorders.
• Valid BC Driver's License required.
• Current First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to clients with substance abuse/co-occurring disorders in various settings.
• Utilize a holistic approach for client assessments and implement care.
• Travel may be required to multiple locations.

Skills

Working knowledge of chemical dependency

Ability to communicate effectively

Ability to work independently

Demonstrated ability to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team

Education

Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

Current CPR certification
