A leading fresh food retailer is opening in Findlay Creek, Ontario, and is seeking a management professional responsible for ensuring departmental goals are met. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have a post-secondary education in business, along with at least 3 years of supervisory experience. A commitment to food safety certifications is also required. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary as the position may require work on weekends and holidays.

This position is responsible for ensuring that all objectives and goals of the department and store, as communicated by the Store Manager, are met and/or exceeded and for the day-to-day management of specific aspects of the department including ordering, merchandising, labor scheduling and customer service. The performance of the duties must ensure a quality service approach to all employees, customers and suppliers. All responsibilities must be performed in a manner consistent with the Farm Boy Way.
