We are seeking an experienced Dentist to join a growing, modern private practice in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity to step into an established patient base and take on a key leadership role within a supportive and high‑performing team.

About the Role

You’ll join a well‑structured practice supported by a Practice Manager, Treatment Coordinator, and Dental Assistant/Receptionist, alongside two Associate Dentists. The practice has been operating for eight months and continues to show strong growth. The successful candidate will be confident, patient‑focused, and proactive in driving both clinical excellence and practice growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience as a Dentist
• Strong skills across Orthodontics (fixed braces), Implants, and Prosthodontics
• Ability to lead and mentor within a small team
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
