This is a meaningful opportunity for a Deaf professional, or someone with a strong connection to the Deaf community, to bring cultural insight, lived experience, and advocacy into a role where it truly matters.

About the Role
In this role, you will:
  • Review service user communications to ensure they are clear, accessible and inclusive for Deaf customers
  • Complete quality audits and provide quality feedback informed by lived experience and knowledge of NZ Deaf culture
  • Develop and support the promotion of accessible services and campaigns
  • Partner with internal teams to improve accessibility and service user experiences
  • Act as a trusted voice for the Deaf community within Concentrix
What We’re Looking For
  • Deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals or people with strong connections to the Deaf community
  • Understanding of NZ Deaf culture and accessible communication, including NZSL
  • Experience in quality assurance, customer experience, advocacy, promotions or community engagement (helpful but not essential)
  • Confidence sharing feedback and influencing positive change
  • Strong written communication skills (NZSL users welcome, interpreting support available)

Working Hours
