The ideal teacher candidate begins with students at the heart of their practice; teaching the learner, not just the curriculum. We are seeking teachers who are open-minded professionals who collaborate, reflect, and continuously learn to improve their craft. Grounded in research-based practice and guided by care, they strive to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed and thrive.
