Our Burnaby, BC based client is seeking a Data Governance Business Analyst for a 6-month contract opportunity. The contract would commence in March 2026 and run through September 2026 with a possibility of further renewal or conversion to a permanent position. This is a hybrid role based out of Burnaby, BC office (3 on-site Tue, Wed, Thurs / 2 remote days Monday and Friday).
Data Governance Business Analyst — This role plays a critical part in helping data stewards in cataloging, documenting, classifying, and governing data assets across Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and AWS S3 data lake environments. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data asset/ data products are well understood, discoverable, and governed in alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.
