Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Center Services Tower with the global team.
• Provide technical leadership on Data Center Services projects.
• Respond and resolve client queries in a timely manner.
• Lead technical teams during Major Incident management.
• Plan and implement complex changes involving cross-tower teams.
