At the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario, we’re looking for enthusiastic Early Learning Assistants who bring heart, creativity, and professionalism to their work every day. As an Early Learning Assistant, you’ll be a key part of a dynamic team that supports children’s development through play-based learning, meaningful relationships, and a commitment to health and safety. These Full-Time positions within the Association are at various locations throughout the City of Sudbury.
START DATE: February 10, 2026
LOCATION: Sudbury
RATE OF PAY: $19.96 per hour
This position includes the Ministry of Education Wage Enhancement Grant (WEG) of up to an additional $2.00/hour for qualifying roles within a licensed child care program at the YMCA
HOURS: 40 hours per week
