What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to ask probing questions
- Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking and strong computer navigation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Technical support experience
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology
- A quiet, distraction‑free work environment at home
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
