A testing service provider is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Vancouver for part-time work. The role includes comprehensive customer service support to test takers through various channels. Candidates should have a year of customer service experience, ideally in a Call Centre, proficiency with office applications, and effective communication skills. This is a permanent position with an hourly wage of $19, starting as soon as possible and may allow for occasional office visits.

Part-Time
The successful candidate will work under the guidance and direction of the Customer Service Supervisor to provide customer service to prospective test takers, end-user clients, and partner organizations regarding Paragon's tests and instructional materials.
The candidate will be required to work two 8-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday, between the hours of 6:30am – 5:30pm PST.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Location of position: Vancouver, BC. Working from home, although may be required to go to office on occasion.
