Our Toronto office is looking for a Client Services Executive (French or Chinese Bilingual) to work collaboratively with our Premium Client Management team and wider business. You will play a major role in creating a positive client experience through exceptional service and problem solving.

Who we’re looking for?

  • You will excel in Customer Service.
  • You will be bilingual in English and either French or Chinese.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • This could be a move from a large firm to a smaller organisation where you will gain more exposure to the business.
  • This could be your first step into the Financial Services space.
  • You may have studied Business, Finance, Economics, etc., and are looking for a break into the industry.
  • Demonstrate resilience and capacity to work with customers in a high-volume call centre.
