We are currently seeking a Fixed-Term Customer Care & Reservations Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Travel Agency Support. Assisting travel agencies with reservation and ticketing support
  • Eticket Database Maintenance
    • Daily maintenance of our eticket database
    • Processing open coupons
    • Processing exception etickets
  • Daily processing of the eticket ETL error queue
  • GDS reject Queue Maintenance
  • Daily on-time processing of the GDS reject queue
  • Tier 2 Ticketing Support
  • Assisting PAL Airline station CSR’s with reservation and ticketing support of GDS, Interline and Codeshare bookings
  • Assisting Other Airline Partner helpdesks with reservation and ticketing support of FIM/Interline/Codeshare Bookings
  • Reservations Agent duties as required
  • Quote fares and book flights for customers
  • Provide customers with necessary information connected with flights
  • Communicate with customers to determine individual needs
  • Must make use of excellent communication and sales skills
  • Respond to cargo inquiries providing freight quotes, fares, reservations, revenue reporting, sales reporting, lost and damaged bag reporting, and answering phones
  • When necessary, identify and implement solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Completion of secondary schooling in a related field is required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience is required
  • 1+ years of technical support experience is preferred
  • Experience in Travel and Tourism is preferred
