Compensation: $25.00/hr

Principal Accountabilities

• Perform facility operations such as receiving and shipping products, including fertilizers, chemicals, seeds, and grain
• Provide basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to ensure ongoing facility operations
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with team members
• Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• Legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
• 18 years or older
• Perform physical job duties such as bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
• Work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
• Possess a valid Canadian Full Class 5 Driver’s license in good standing, authorizing independent driving during employment

Preferred Qualifications
