• 5-7 years of experience in a Direct marketing or related professional environment.
• Hands-on experience setting up marketing automation and workflows.
• Data-driven thinker with proficiency in reporting campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Create, build, test, and refine automated nurture programs using Marketo.
• Assist with reporting and optimization of existing campaigns.
• Create relevant content for Email and In Platform communications.
