PAL Airlines is currently seeking Crew Schedulers to join our team in St. John’s, NL on a full time permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Flight Crew Scheduling for company aircraft
• Ensure proper coverage is provided for sick leave
• Arranging schedules to accommodate vacation requests without impacting the operation
• Arranging shift trades as permitted
• Arranging classroom and sim training and adjusting schedules accordingly
• Coordinate with the operations management for Schedule Changes
• Travel coordination for purposes of training and crew positioning
• Invoice and PO reconciliation
• Attend weekly training meetings
• Strong Communication & Computer Skills
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as operations are 24/7
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/requirements and work in a fast paced environment
• Able to complete shift work and after hours on call
• Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations
