The Role

We’re hiring a Creative Design Lead to own and lead paid ad creative across Roveir and Roveia accounts.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining creative execution with team management and client collaboration. You’ll be responsible for the quality, consistency, and performance of ad creatives across multiple client accounts, while mentoring designers and working closely with performance marketers.

You’ll join client calls, collaborate via Slack, and help shape creative direction across both tech and DTC / health brands.

This is not a junior designer role — we’re looking for someone who can lead, execute, and elevate creative output at scale.

What You\'ll Do
  • Lead creative strategy and execution for paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Design and oversee static, motion, and video ad creatives using Figma and Adobe Suite
  • Edit and optimize UGC-style video content for performance-focused campaigns
  • Manage and mentor creative designers, including reviews, feedback, and delivery standards
  • Join client calls to present creative concepts, gather feedback, and align on iterations
  • Collaborate daily with performance marketers and strategists to align creative with campaign goals
  • Iterate on creatives based on performance data, testing insights, and client feedback
  • Stay current on platform trends, ad formats, and creative best practices
  • Manage multiple projects and client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
What We\'re Looking For
  • Agency experience working across multiple client accounts
  • 2+ years creating ad creatives for paid media campaigns (Meta & Google minimum)
  • Experience managing or leading creative designers
  • Client-facing experience (calls, Slack, feedback loops)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing static ads, motion ads, and video / UGC-style content
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience editing UGC-style content aligned with platform trends
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Nice to Have
  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS, B2C Tech, and DTC / Health brands
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools
  • Experience scaling or systemizing creative operations within an agency
  • Strong collaboration history with paid media and performance teams

Compensation
  • $65,000 – $82,000 CAD annually, based on experience and role scope.
