Our client is looking for a Corporate Receptionist for their downtown Calgary office. If you are client-focused, team-oriented, and have a warm and friendly demeanor, you would be a great fit for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors ensuring a positive first impression
  • Professional phone demeanor to be the first point of contact
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Manage client inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate individuals or teams
  • Assist Executive team as required
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing any meeting room bookings and arrange catering
  • Provide administrative support to organization employee
  • Receive and distribute daily mail, courier packages and mail in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of reception or related professional office experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong ability to maintain a professional appearance, conduct, and uphold confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
